Lessons are available for all levels of player, from the complete beginner through to the most advanced golfer.

Choose from a one-off session or a customised game improvement programme.

Prices are 30 minutes - £30, 60 minutes - £50, and on course lessons - £70

Ladies’ Academy

Our popular Ladies’ Golf Academy offers a Pathway Programme to introduce you to the game and club.

Members of the Academy receive individual and group lessons from Blackmoor Golf Club’s resident professional Steve Clayand support from our friendly mentoring scheme. 

The Pathway is always a popular choice and is very well subscribed, equipping beginner golfers with the neccessary skills and confidence to enjoy playing the sport.

The Pathway offers many benefits and is a membership category of the club. 

2024 Pathway Programme

• 3  x 1 hour group lessons
• 2 x 45 min individual lessons
• 2 x 1 hour fun competitions
• 1 on course playing lesson, subject to ability level
• Social membership for 1 year from joining
• Long and short game practice facility membership, including unlimited balls for 1 year from joining
• Rules and general on course etiquette session

Ladies Golf Membership

Junior Golf

Blackmoor's Junior Academy offers a great introduction to both the game of golf and the club itself and is aimed at juniors aged between 6 and 18 years of age.

The Academy follows a national structured learning programme called Junior Golf Passport, endorsed by the P.G.A.

There are regular coaching sessions for all levels and for our more advanced junior members there is the opportunity to take part in matches against other clubs, junior and adult competitions and junior opens.
