Attracting both International and Walker Cup Players, the Selborne Salver is one of Britain’s premier amateur tournaments and has been played in its present form at Blackmoor since 1976. The Selborne Salver is linked with the Hampshire Hog, which is played the next day at North Hants. The player with the lowest 72-holes total receives the Hampshire Salver. 

Please Note - You are only entering the Selborne Salver here but if you wish to play in the Hampshire Hog you will need to contact North Hants where you must enter separately.

• 36 Hole Amateur Scratch Competition.
• Total Prize Fund in excess of £1,000.
• Scratch Prizes Only.
• No competitor may take more than one prize.
• Field Limited to 72 players.
• In the event of the number of entries being more than 72, players will be selected on handicap merit.
• The Committee reserves the right to nominate players.
• Entrants must provide their CDH lifetime number, email & mobile number.
• We reserve the right to use the England Golf Championship Entry Policy (General Play Scores).
• Practice Rounds - Competitors will be offered a practice round on either Thursday 11th or Friday 12th April by prior arrangement with the Club. Call the Pro Shop on 01420 472345. 
• Acceptance into the competition and starting times will be advised in due course. The Competition Committee's decision shall be final.
• Entry Fees - £85 (Members £45) - including a two-course lunch. Payment online (Fees refunded if you are balloted out) Closing Date - Friday 22nd March 2024. Fees will not be refunded once the draw has been made. This will be administered ASAP after the event.
