Blackmoor's Junior Academy offers a great introduction to both the game of golf and the club itself, and is aimed at juniors aged between 6 and 18 years of age. The Academy follows a national structured learning programme called Junior Golf Passport, endorsed by the P.G.A.

There are regular coaching sessions for all levels specifically designed by our club proffesional, Steve Clay, and the junior committee. All of which ensure a balanced combination of coaching, practice, and competitions, all conducted in a fun and creative manner, enabling our juniors to develop their skills and have the satisfaction of measuring their progress through to adult membership.

For our more advanced junior members there is the opportunity to take part in matches against other clubs, junior and adult competitions, and junior opens.
